The Stroller consists of black and grey striped trousers, a black or dark grey jacket, black shoes, a white chemise and a silver grey tie. You can wear the tie with or without a tie-pin. The jacket is single- row and has a rising reverse. The white chemise is worn with a French cuff and cuff links.
The suit is a variant of the Cutaway and is mainly worn until 6 pm as “suit of the day”. No one will be mad with the groom if he wears the suit the whole day.
In German, a stroller is called a Stresemann, after the German chancellor Gustav Stresemann. In Japan, it is known as a director suit.
