There are three main kinds that are most often used for weddings: tea roses (are roses with especially precious formed blossoms), bed roses (blossom the whole summer long and create about 10 to 12 blossoms on the peduncle) and the garden rose.

Callas are the beloved wedding flowers in the moment and belong to the plant family of the aron-rod-plants (araceae). The botanic name is Zantedeschia which it got in honour of the Italian doctor and botanic Giovanni Zantedeschi.
